The 2bed/2bath home was newly renovated and offers 1104 sq ft of living space for your family to enjoy.

Once you decide to leave the home you will be pleased to know you are about a 10-minute drive to the Alamodome, Riverwalk, Pearl, everything downtown has to offer, and not a far drive to Lackland Air Force Base, SA Zoo, Six Flags and SeaWorld. Come make has everything you need to make this a great place to stay when you're in San Antonio.

Parking:
On the side of the house, there is a grass/gravel area where 3 cars/or trucks could fit.

RULES:

**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID for verification.

No parties or events.

We do not accept any pets even service animals as the owner has life-threatening allergies to animal dander.
