Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis Downtown/Riverwalk. Dort gibt es genügend Restaurants. Direkt am Hotel gibt es keine. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und man kann alles gut mit dem Auto erreichen.

The property is super attractive. 24 hour coffee/tea station (cops were inside at 9pm relaxing on their computers enjoying coffee). Large rooms for the family (we were in 312). The SHOWER. oh glorious pressure! Makes anybody forget the less than updated shower tub enclosure. Liquor store is super close by.

They just let us one parking permit no matter I have explained the clerk that we came in 2 cars, he was just on his bad mode and said to leave the car out of the premises parking lot without any security, we asked later to a different clerk and she allowed us to bring in our second car but we had to pay in cash, by other hand no towels in the room, I have reserved for 4 adult and 1 child and there were only 2 towels for all.

Hotel close to downtown. Older building but well-maintained. Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly employees. Only one elevator for entire building but only had to wait for a long time once.

The parking is horrible very small spaces and limited. Was not greeted at all upon arrival and she actually stopped to help someone with questions in the middle of doing our check in. Room was tight door to bedroom wouldnt shut without moving the bed.and door didnt stay closed.

Comfortable once inside but unsafe neighborhood
This hotel is comfortable but it is not in a safe neighborhood. The Alamodome is nearby but this hotel is not in a safe walkable area, especially after dark. Look carefully at the map before booking.

Great Stay for a Great Value
Within walking distance to Alamodome (literally right next to one of the parking lots) and riverwalk. Cops use it as it semi-staging ground, so never felt "unsafe" like some downtown areas can. Great variety of breakfast items.

Perfect location for the Alamodome, River walk. Just nervous with the bars on everything, a lot of cops and very dirty around there. But the hotel was awesome and we felt safe there.

I keep coming back
Stay was awesome, love the location, very clean. I’ve stayed here several times. The parking lot is small and when the hotel is fully booked they only allow one car per room to park. No biggie, there’s plenty of well lit street parking.
