"I have tried 10 different hotels in San Angelo. This one was at the top and one of only two I would stay at again. Unless you are going for the purpose of the amenities, I would suggest an outside room (noise) which I had. A large room with a comfortable space (even if it was somewhat dated...lack of plugs to charge in for example), it was not spotless but it was comfortably clean. The thing that set it apart was the staff. Friendly and efficient, they went above and beyond and were greatly appreciated."

"Wow am impressed! I’m pretty much a hotel snob since I usually only stay at Hyatts since I’m an employer there but no Hyatts in these parts. But yeah! Clean room. Nice mattress. No free bottles of water tho! But access to water fountains. Thankful for that. Tub was nice got a hot bath and the room was quiet even tho I’m on the highway. Just the constant hum or drone of traffic but was quiet at night and woke up to a louder sound. Huge light outside my window but was glad about that since my car was parked right outside my window. I liked that. I sleep with the curtain open so I don’t oversleep in the morning. But I’m ok with sleeping with the light on. Safety outweighs being able to sleep in the dark to me. Glad I stayed here and the price was right! Haven’t had breakfast so can’t say anything about that. People working here were American…. Sorry to say, but I liked that:) Will remember this hotel! "
