You'll get what you pay! simple, clean and friend
Perfect location, good food and nice hotel staff. We only had a problem with a temporary bar tender, that was really bad with foreing people, only took good care of Colombians.

The hotel was located in a good place (on the main drag, on the beach, and close to everything downtown). I also liked the fact that they had a pool. But the hotel room was decent only if you want a place to sleep. If you want to enjoy the hotel and its amenities, I would recommend De Cameron.

The hotel is in front of the beach, we got a room facing the sea..really nice. The overall stay was god.

Loud, Dirty and Cramped
The room was not nearly as nice as it looked in the pictures. The seaview was great, except that the balcony was over a very busy pedestrian walker full of noisy beachgoers. The hotel itself was extremely loud until late at night. There was no way to control the temperature in the room, and it was dirty. There is no way that I can recommend this hotel.

I was expecting something a little fancier for the price, but it was just ok, nothing to justify lavish praise or write home about,. The room was not so clean when we moved in -- somebody else's hair on the floor. It was improved the second day. Our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was dingy, fairly scarred from a long battle against mildew, with neither side the clear winner. The beachfront view was great. It is on a busy pedestrian mall, so not exactly a quiet idyllic spot, but this is San Andres. We lucked out and got an air conditioner -- not all the rooms have them.The location made it possible to grab your snorkel, cross the walkway and jump in the water. The front desk staff was efficient, though not wholly welcoming, I felt that they might have warmed to us after a few days. The friendliest people were the staff in the dining room, and breakfasts were great. Noble House Hotel, where we also spent a night, doesn't have views but the staff were friendlier and the building has more character.

Great hotel staff. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good. The hotel is conveniently located in front of the beach and from a 10mins boat ride to Jhonny Cay Island.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The food was nothing special. The staff however was very helpful and friendly. Great location right on the beach.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel atendeu as nossas expectativas. Camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis, e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O isolamento do box do chuveiro precisa ser melhorado, porque quando se toma banho alaga o banheiro todo. As refeições poderiam ter um pouco mais de opções, mas são muito boas. Apenas um incidente, o elevador quebrou e demorou dois dias para ser arrumado. Estava com criança e meu pai que usa bengala. Tivemos que ficar dois subindo escadas, estávamos no quarto andar. No geral foi tudo ótimo! Voltaria nesse hotel com certeza!
