"Es un lugar limpio, en su mayoría el personal muy amable, lo único que son muy *exigentes* con sus reglas de hotel respecto a alimentos, que es entendible porque hay restaurante, pero había un huésped que hasta amenazas de muerte le dió al personal, huéspedes y no le hicieron nada.
En temas de seguridad si deberían mejorar. "

"All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience."

"La habitación muy bonita, grande, la cama muy cómoda, y la verdad tiene todo lo que necesitas. El staff súper amable, desde que llegas todo el mundo te atiende increíblemente bien. El servicio es de 10!
El área del playa está muy bonita, hay un espacio siempre disponible y si no encuentras camastro, el staff te ayuda a colocar uno junto con una sombrilla.
Y cuando dicen todo incluido, se refiere literal a todo incluido el servicio, la comida, las bebidas, los snacks todo está muy bien preparado y servido.
En definitiva, es un lugar que hay que regresar y es ¡súper recomendable!"
