Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Plenty of hot water. Convenient location. Couldn’t avoid sewage smell even after switching rooms. Odor strength varied throughout stay. Certain rooms were being upgraded or repaired. Often was a chemical smell which would enter the room; we placed items at bottom of door to limit the smell. Furniture in other rooms was moved at 0100-0130 one night. Didn’t try the restaurant.

The room was outstanding—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Hotel Luca is an exceptional hotel situated in the heart of Rome, offering a delightful ambiance in proximity to the city’s parks. The housekeeping team demonstrated exceptional thoroughness, consistently maintaining a pristine and immaculate appearance throughout the rooms. The breakfast provided was delectable, and the staff exhibited attentiveness and friendliness. However, the security guard and certain front staff members occasionally appeared unfriendly when requesting assistance or opening the locked doors after dark. Despite these minor shortcomings, the hotel’s overall rating of four stars exceeded my expectations. .
