"We had a spectacular Premier balcony room with a corner of windows overlooking the river! It was perfectly cleaned each day and perfect in every way. I recommend to splurge on this. The buffet at the Next2 Cafe had an impressive array of delicious offerings. The location was also near perfect within walking distance to breakfast, lunch , dinner, massage, MRT, ferries, and even a money exchange next door. A great base to explore anywhere you want to go. The pool was great to enjoy after a hot day around town. The service was also impressive in every aspect. We took the complementary shuttle service to the pier area multiple times a day. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and a welcome back. We also stayed in 5 star hotels in Shanghai and Singapore during our trip, but this was the best overall experience. Now I know why it’s called the Shangri-La!"

"We have been stayed before in the past we stayed on suites one bedroom with river view it’s always very good. A few weeks later we came back and have booked city view room when we arrive and check in then they had upgrade the river’s view room for us that was fantastic service. Food was great also staffs. We will be back. We love this hotel and "

"Everything at the Penninsula Bangkok is excellent from the attention to detail, the location,the staff are in our opinion the best in the world.The food is incredible and the property is maintained to the highest standards. The pool areas are immaculate and everything is thought of.We cannot praise this hotel and the prople eho work there highly enough.we would love to return here again.
