「Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Von A bis Z stimmt für mich alles. Sehr schöne neue Zimmer, Möglichkeit für Wasser, Kaffe und Äpfel auf dem Stockwerk, toller Spa-Bereich, leckeres Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, super Bike-Raum mit Lademöglichkeit, E-Ladestation in Tiefgarage zu akzeptablem Preis」

「People working in the hotel were very kind and helpful. We greatly enjoyed the half board and the trekking was very much facilitated by the kindest advice of the staffs. Coming back to Tokyo, we still miss those staffs, including restaurant workers and room keepers.」

「部屋は清潔でとても静かでした。スタッフも皆さんアットホームな雰囲気で、駅からのシャトルを用意頂いているのも大変助かりました。レストランでは夕食にスープとジビエを頂きましたが、非常に充実した内容でした。マッシュルームのクリームスープは忘れられないほど美味しかったです。おそらくサンモリッツの地元の天然キノコではないかと思いました。また鴨肉の料理にも栗など季節ものの素材が使われており大変よかったです。おすすめ頂いたグラスワインも大変美味でした。ディスプレイされたウイスキーのコレクションも素晴らしく、今回は頂けなかったのは残念でしたが、次回の訪問の際にはウイスキーもトライしてみたいと思います。」

「Enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The room is simple and functional but well designed and updated. The lobby and dining area has a nice “modern rustic” look. The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice functional, cozy and comfortable place to stay. 」

「スイス夫婦２人旅行（10日間）の最終目的地の宿泊場所として利用しました。 アイガー＆マッターホルンとスイス名山の絶景をみて、氷河特急の長い列車旅を終えて、このホテルにつきました。 前の２か所のホテルに比べ、ちょっとローカルな感じがするホテルでしたが、ホテルのレストランで食べた夕食は、とても美味しかったです。 次回もベルニナ地方を訪問する場合は、また、利用したいです。」

「エガンディン地方伝統の天井や壁の木の装飾やパインの木目の家具、ピンクのファブリックなど素敵な内装で感激しました。駅からの送迎がありますが、行きは知らずに上り坂を歩き、いい運動ができました。帰りはマイクロバスで駅まで送ってもらいました。地下階にサウナとジムがありますが、温泉はありません。朝食が美味しかったです。」

「Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. Flott resturant og bar, samt et fantastisk hammam bad. Alt i flotte omgivelser 」

「目の前が湖で、庭が広いです。 鉄道の旅なら、駅からタクシーを利用する事になります。片道10分以内で24スイスフランくらいです。 部屋は家具等かわいい内装で、広かったです。 Wifiも快適に使えます。 お風呂はシャワーのみ、アメニティーが無いのでシャンプー・コンディショナー等は必須です。 7時から朝食でしたので、氷河特急の時間に間に合いそうになかったので朝食は食べてません。 もっとゆっくり滞在したかったと思うホテルです。」
