"This hotel was perfect! Our room was clean and big, they offered chocolates when we arrived and treats in the fridge in our room (even a to-go bag of goodies for our train ride to our next location). Staff was super friendly. Location was very central, so easy to get to the Fortress, Palace, shopping areas, tours and train station. Def go to the rooftop bar/restaurant. The view is unforgettable and the food/drinks were great. Didn’t have great food at Pitter Keller, maybe we got there too late. We’d definitely stay here again."

We didn’t do the buffet breakfast as this was 28 EUR pp but the gym and sauna were excellent and the check in and check out experience incredibly efficient also. Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things.
