Good breakfast, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, friendly staff

This property was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s quite far out from Berlin central, but nothing a train or uber can’t fix.

Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice.

The nationality & passport mentioned in the check-in form was ‘United States’ by default. We’re Canadians, and the form shouldn’t have US pre-printed. There’s was water leakage from the AC just before check-out.

Beautiful hotel in a very secluded area with access to a beach on the lake.
