The property is in a good location, minutes away from the beach, Dollar General, an Ice Cream place (can't think of the name), and super close to Alex's Shrimp Shack. It is also a few minutes away (by car) from the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, a great location if you have little kids.
Now let's talk about the house, it is great! My husband thought he was renting two-stories, but he didn't read the description. You get one floor, and it is upstairs which means that there are steps to climb. You get three bedrooms, 3 baths, a kitchen and living room (open space), and a nice back deck. There are plenty of windows, no need to turn the lights on during the daytime. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect when you have kiddos. The house is fully equipped, there are plenty of pots, tableware, and most cooking utensils needed. Each room had two packs of clean towels, they smelled clean, not like the hotel towels. The house is great. very comfortable.
I would also like to say that the owner is amazing, he went above and beyond and answered all messages promptly. He even sent new Rokus since the pin to the ones installed was not available, he didn't have to do that, but he did, and my kids were extremely happy. Thank you!
