"The bed was rock hard, so if you need to sleep on something VERY firm, you’ll like that. Also, the hot water button for my shower kept popping back up, resulting in spurts of cold water while showering, which was just annoying. Great water pressure though. Staff were warm and helpful. The location is very central to a lot of the sights."

"The hotel is beautiful and modern with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The rooms do run a bit warm but the windows do crack open. Nice central location. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though"

"The room iteslf was clean, as was the bathroom. However there was hair & other small debris in the drawers in the room. A small fridge would have been helpful as the room was hot. Breakfast was good, we’d no other meals there. We paid for a late checkout yet our key cards stopped working 30 mins before checkout, which meant I was locked out at street level, my key card no longer operated the lift so had to climb 7 floors back to my room. I also do not like that the hotel does not accept cash. All in all good value and breakfast and clean enough."

"Staff helpful and welcoming. Good choice at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, bread and good hot food. Room booked on website (Expedia) no reflection on where I stayed. It was very small and boxy. Old and outdated furnishings abd decor. Wuite depressing. It was clean. "

"Clean updated room was very nice. It can be a bit noisy outside during the night with traffic but not enough to keep me from sleeping. Buffet style breakfast was lovely but a little cold even though we were there as it opened, eggs not soft either."

"Really good location, 3 minutes walk from NCP Shiprow. Quick easy check in. My room was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. Only thing I’d comment on was that the mugs had some coffee stains on them, but it’s such a small thing."
