Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

Fiz meu check in após às 19h, e só tinha uma opção de apartamento dentro do padrão de acomodação escolhido. O apartamento fica no 1° andar, cuja parte externa da janela situam-se muitas máquinas de geração do hotel, causando um barulho ensurdecedor. Fora isso, existe uma porta do quarto ao lado, cujo som de tv, descarga etc. é audivel o tempo todo. Ao adentrar no apart. não localizei toalhas. Interfonei para a recepção e solicitei, a atendente disse que era pra ir buscar, e pedi que algum funcionário levasse. Com a demora, fui na recepção e retirei duas toalhas velhas e sujas, características de pano de chão. O papel higiênico é de baixíssima qualidade, acredito que nenhum funcionário utilize em sua residência. Lençol com manchas, fronhas idem. Quarto com uma lâmpada apenas, escuro e com black out incompleto, causando desconforto ao amanhecer diante da invasão da luminosidade. Enfim, não recomendo jamais. Esse hotel precisa ser demolido urgentemente, e ser construído um equipamento digno da localidade.

Localização muito boa . Porém, quarto velho, limpeza muito ruim, tolhas de banho muito velhas e de péssima qualidade. Café da manhã sem muitas opções. Serviço de quarto muito ruim. Recepção nunca te atende . Vale a pena apenas por conta da localização.

Hotel em pessimas condições de hospedagem
Hotel com pessima condicao de manutenção. Sujo, toalhas asperas encardidas e sujas. Agua escura na torneira chuveiro e privada, nao deu coragem de tomar banho, comprei agua para escovar os dentes. Box cheio de mofo e com cabelos compridos no piso parede e vidro. Fiquei 1 noite e fiz checout das 7 que ei tinha comprado e fui para outro hotel próximo

A localização do hotel é excelente, as funcionárias também são ótimas. A limpeza dos banheiros dos quartos é muito ruim, aspecto sujo e com estrutura bem ruim. Elevadores do hotel também são muito lentos.
