"Worst place I've stayed at, and for a price of R$450 per room you would get a nice hotel room in other major cities. The only person working there was slow, pot smoking and drunk. No water glasses in rooms. Run down. Breakfast was not fit for human consumption with melted butter and funky juice and rotten papaya. Stay away."

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I booked a "Luxury Room Super" and was not given the correct room. I was told it was still a Luxury Room but without the fridge. This was also not correct. This hotel was advertised as a three star which is ludicrous. The neighborhood was very dangerous at night. Stay at your own risk."

"Staff friendliness, good breakfast option. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking in south america whereas I don't pay in most cities in usa. Also no coffee maker in the room or common areas. No microwave to heat water. These should be looked into as most customers frowned at that"
