Es una propiedad, muy vieja, sin embargo, los muebles son todavía más viejos y sucios, cayéndose por sus malas condiciones, con mucha humedad y con olores muy desagradables, pero lo peor, fue las sabanas de las camas con cabellos sobre las mismas. ¡No lo recomiendo, para nada, a pesar de que su gerente trato de reivindicarse en la medida de sus posibilidades, su anuncio a través de la aplicación expedia, fue engañoso ya, que decía que su alberca era climatizada y techada, el segundo fue cierto pero en todo lo demás no! Por lo que lo califico no recomendable, además de que se me quiso reembolsar mi dinero, argumentando que como fue pago con tarjeta de crédito no lo podían realizar, pero me ofrecieron que si gustaba me regalaría una noche gratis, en compensación de los inconvenientes. La verdad no regresaría ni por una noche gratis...

Esta propiedad exige demasiadas cosas y lo que ofrecen es pésimo me detuvieron mi licencia todo el tiempo de mi estadía, el cuarto tenía muchas goteras, el agua fría no funcionaba, el buffet estaba muy malo solo te podías servir 3 cosas y ya no más no tenían leche ni crema para el café mi experiencia fue muy mala y pagué mucho

2 comentarios solo del hotel la Fuente, en el baño area de la regadera con mucho moho se puede corregir pero se veia que tiene mucho tiempo que a esa area nonla limpian, sanitario y lavabo bien, el desayuno si no quieren dar uno de cortesia mejor no lo ofrezcan, alimentos malos, solo el huevo estaba bien, los demas super condimentado y mal servicidos, te dan la opcion de quebsi lo quieres hacer bufete por $100 pesos por persona pero ni variedad tienen en mi visista solo habia (huevos envueltos, chilaquiles, discada o cortadillo,malo por cierto , fruta y unos mini hotcakes quebparecian galletitas cafe sin sabor,

El personal que nos recibió se portó grosero. Te dan 3 controles, TV, aire acondicionado y de un como roku. La TV nunca se pudo poner en programación, llamamos a recepción para que nos ayudaran e hicieron caso omiso. El control del clima, y ni si quiera había clima en la habitación. Y al finalizar la estancia revisaron la habitación y dejamos una toalla sucia con maquillaje. Y sus palabras fueron “te damos jabón y si le puedes quitar la mancha no te la cobramos” ¿no se supone que la tarifa que uno paga ya incluye la limpieza? He tenido accidentes de regla en otros hoteles y donde si he estado dispuesta a pagar y no dicen nada. El desayuno incluido nos cayó mal. Nos soltó el estómago y nos dieron cólicos horribles. Una verdadera MALÍSIMA experiencia. Afortunadamente no la volveré a vivir porque no vuelvo a quedarme con ellos JAMÁS.
