"We had a lovely 4 nights, great beach access, lots of walking with our dog, although lots of rabbits on the complex, need to keep dogs on leads, property was pristine and had everything we needed. "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"We had an amazing time in the cottages for my Grandma’s birthday. Thank you so much! Shame the hot tub wasn’t working but we loved the pool and had a fantastic weekend!"

"Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of land to excercise the dogs and the children!!The hosts were accommodating without being overbearing. All in all a great break had by all and I would recommend highly"

"Travelled 4 hours to get to no response or communication from the caravan owner. Caravan looked dirty and like no one had been there for sometime. Could not gain access by this point it was very late in the evening and we had no choice but to travel home. We never got home until 4am and 12 hour round journey with young children. I was absolutely disgusted. Please do not book this caravan. "

The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Check in was easy, the staff were very polite and efficient also very accomodating nothin was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, a bit outdated but it did not affect my options. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. It had a bath with shower, complimentary toiletries etc, clean towels every day although I only stayed 2 nights. Dining room/bar area very nice and meals, drinks etc were reasonably priced. If I were to return to Grimsby I would definitely use this hotel again. It is a couple of minutes walk to the shopping centre and train station. "

"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

Perfect for overnight B&B

"Very comfortable, functional & convenient stay. I needed one nights B&B as I was playing in 2 England Golf competitions. North Shore was perfect. Relatively small room but wasn’t in it very long, so didn’t matter. Excellent breakfast. Bar in the evening was very quiet but the bar staff were very friendly & helpful."
