The Lofty Lodge is located on the northwest side of the property behind and to the side of the main house. This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Even though we allow pets, you can still expect the same high standards of cleanliness as a non-pet-friendly rental. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home.

★ SHARED PARKING AND WALKWAYS ★
The Lofty Lodge is a detached guesthouse on the northwest side of the main home. This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are all detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside.

The large shared parking area accommodates up to two vehicles for the Lofty Lodge guests. The parking area is shared with guests from the main house and detached tiny home, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Please follow the parking instructions provided at check-in to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, our property has four cameras: two overlooking the shared parking area, one monitoring the front yard/street, and one facing the patio area.

Please note that these cameras are solely for security purposes and to enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and do not use these cameras for any other purpose.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
1. PARKING: Please follow the parking instructions provided. We have parking available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in between the white lines in the overflow parking area. **Please make sure none of your vehicles are parked on or overlapping the sidewalks!** **No parking is allowed in the main driveway close to the main house. That area is designated for the main house guests.**

2. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the at the top of the stairs, away from the guesthouse. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $500 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.

3. QUIET HOURS: Be courteous to neighbors and other guests on the property by observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Also keep daytime noise to a minimum.

4. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required.

5. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.
