This manager was rude and did not help two diisavled people. Our truck was in Sandy. He did nothingvto problem solve. He thought we were homeless. I live in oregon and was here to see my boys. We kept going places to get an extra 100 dollars. We finally gave up and slept in a vacant lot accross the street. Never Never stay here. We almost f t oze. My wallet was stolen. He did not want alternate ID. He S id not give money back even with trip protection. He was rude dismissive, Non caring and there was a language barriers. Never stay here filthy, disgusting.

There is no elevator so youre dragging your luggage up a staircase. Breakfast is coffee and toast. Most everything is stained. Loud person 4 doors down clearly audible. Surprise deposit fee of 150 dollars.

Should have known this place would be bad right when I walked in the lobby to check in. Guy at the front desk was dirty and unfriendly. The hallways looked dirty. The room was very rundown. I would have asked for a refund had I booked directly with the hotel. Even so, I almost just left after I took a shower. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Quiet, with great location. Front desk staff was on the spot with customer service like you wouldn’t believe. I had to sleep an extra 5 hours just to reset my palate from all the great taste left in my mouth from such a resplendent experience. Thank you Quality Inn. All of you.
