Charming terraced house, perfect for your family holidays in Salou, just 2 minutes' walk from Cala Crancs beach and 10 minutes from La Pineda beach.



Cala Crancs, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, toilets, sun lounger rental, lifeguard and a beach bar with one of the best mojitos in Salou :)



DISTRIBUTION:



The house is part of a residential complex of 24 terraced houses arranged in several blocks, all sharing a fantastic communal area of over 3,000 m2 of gardens with lawn and swimming pool.

From the communal area there is direct access to the beach through a small path, but if you are travelling with very young children we recommend accessing via the street, where the slope is gentler.



The house consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:



The ground floor has:



- Exterior terrace-porch (with impressive sea views) of approximately 20 m2 with space for a dining table.

- Pleasant dining room with air conditioning and access to the large terrace with sea views.

- Well-equipped open kitchen.



On the first floor we find:



- Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace with pleasant sea views.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes and sea views.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes.

- Full bathroom with shower.

- There is an air conditioning unit (split) in the hallway serving the three bedrooms.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Privileged location.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Very nice apartment. Very quite are wich we like. A fantastic view from the balcony. Cleaning, it was dirty on the fluor. The toilet was leaking water. The cleaning of the floor. It would have been nice if there was some kind of information about the apartment and tourist information about the surrounding area. Like things to see and how to get to places nearby. Wonderful seaview!

The apartment was according to description and with a wondeful sea view. The garden and the pool area was very nice and also well kept. In general the apartment had everything that was needed for a good vacation even though a bit worn. The place felt very wll cleaned in general. When we arrived one of the sofas was not cleaned, but when we called the agency they fixed this immediately. Salou was a bit totouristic for us, but center of Tarragona was really nice. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Le personnel a l’accueil de l’enregistrement est vraiment professionnel et sympathique. La maison offre une vue magnifique, la résidence est calme et tranquille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la crique depuis la terrasse, la proximité de la plage, le barbecue. La literie est très très mauvaise...mal au dos assuré ! Du coup, j"ai dormi sur le canapé. Au tarif payé, la literie doit être améliorée.

Le cadre et le charme de la résidence Faire passer un message aux propriétaires de la résidence qu’ils peuvent être agréables et courtois avec les touristes ‘la piscine ne leurs appartient pas’ ….. PS : peut être changer l’aspirateur merci
