"What a great experience. A polite and professional young man greeted me at the front desk named Prit. He made the check-in process very easy, especially after I had worked most of the day. He provided me a key to my room, checkout guidelines, and welcomed questions and answers.
I opened the door to my room and it was as clean as could be. Meanwhile despite the employees busied with routine but challenging clean-up efforts from an 18 inch snowstorm (“Fern”),and subzero temperatures, they worked so hard to make sure I had fresh towels and any incidentals & answered all questions I had with clarity, conciseness and compassion.
The following morning at first light, I was very impressed that maintenance crew was already outside deep into the task of removing icicles that formed overnight from the second floor deck directly above my room, to protect first floor guests.
Rosa and Amanda were so welcoming as they delivered warm towels and incidentals on day two, both of whom were welcoming and kind. I was very pleased with the plowing that shoveling completed on the property early in the morning.
As I run out of room to provide a dazzling review before the number of great things I could express about my experience, I want to end by saying I recommend the Red Roof Inn on 367 Turnpike Road in Southborough, MA with greater praiseworthiness and highest quality. "
"Everything was just great, the room was comfortable and it meant a lot after my late arrival on Wednesday. The breakfast at this hotel stands out with the amount of choice that is available. Just overall a very great experience, thank you!"
"Your booking portal with that hotel is terrible. The poor woman at the front desk had to hunt for it because 3rd party bookings don't show up properly. Other than that the stay was perfecttly fine. "
"Person who checked us in was wonderful. Professional and a great personality.
TV to the side of the bed instead of in front of it made little sense for the guest. "
