The place was nice overall, but there is room for improvement. The beach was beautiful, and the food was really good. My daughter especially loved the show performed by WOW Entertainment. The pools could have been cleaner, and I noticed green buildup in the jacuzzi, so I chose not to use it. The alcoholic drinks were okay, but the glasses they were served in could have been better. We enjoyed parts of our stay, though I hope the pool and jacuzzi cleanliness improves.

Lo incomodo de hacer el check in fue que te tienen esperando para hacerlo y aun asi la habitación no estaba lista, el personal desatento cuando le pedí que me acomodaran el mueble para cama porq equivocaron la habitación que pedí, yo separe una habitación doble con dos camas twins y me dieron una habitación con una sola cama y un sofá. Y tuve que esperar todo el resto del dia para q me la acomodaran

Es la primera vez que me pasa esto en un Decamerón, pero el servicio fue bastante grosero en los buffets; incluso golpeaban con enojo los vasos a la hora de servir. Empeoró cuando, por primera vez, mi familia y yo decidimos quedarnos después del *checkout*: nos mencionaron que podíamos quedase dos horas más utilizando las instalaciones pero se notaba la mala actitud o que el servicio no quería atender. Sé que no es culpa del hotel, pero sí sería bueno que mencionaran previamente que hubo oleaje o algo, porque ya son tres veces seguidas que, lastimosamente, no podemos ingresar al mar, incluso en localizaciones diferentes de la cadena de hoteles.. Incluso revisamos por nuestra cuenta se reviso el informe de oleaje y no se menciona ninguna mala temporada de oleaje.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at and had the most amazing vacation with my fiancé. The staff was amazing, the programs super fun, so many activities to do daily, the club was on point every day, the food delicious, the ocean clear and clean, the drinks absolutely amazing also. The beach was nice. The bathroom was old an unsafe. Also in the dining area there 3 big cats running around loose as they pleased. That was disgusting for me. I did not know they would let cats run aorund looking for food in the dining area. This was very unconfortable for me.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Royal DeCameron. Security, a variety of dining options, family friendly, etc. However, if you have a light sleep, it'd be a little hard since there's music until about 2 am (at the disco) and people start working very early. Thus, if they'd invest in room isolation, that would be great. Moreover, I don't recommend leaving your valuables without security. Use the safe or carry your lock if you don't want to have a bitter experience.

Nice place,but bad service and bad planning.

We stay 2 nights with the program all included, 4 pax. From the check-in the things was not going well, our reservation requirements wasn't took in care, they provide queen beds instead twin beds. At time to dinner 8:30 pm, the menu was not served, because the staff saids that was not enough and many dishes are not available, only chicken. Activities programmed with specific timing do not follow the schedule, in example the bar close half hour earlier and open one hour late, other activities as use of wind boats are only to experts, they do not allow learn our use without experience,.etc etc. in summary, the service is not good ,despite of the efforts of some staff that try to solve problems. From my point of view, the problem is in the administration area. The entertainment is good but in some instance the animator abuse with bulling to the participants. The hotel and facilities are good, but the service do not allow enjoy the place.
