「We booked this hotel based off the positive reviews and lack of availability in the area. Whoever photoshopped the pictures did a great job, because the hotel is run down and filthy. The AC did not work properly, the toilet seat was bubbled and so old it just felt gross to have to use. The beds don’t have full sized pillows. The fridge and freezer had a brown sludge in them and there were questionable smudges all over the walls. The room we had (120) was close to the exit on the opposite end of...

「The room was clean, but the toilet had to fill up a small amount every fifteen minutes. It was well cared for. We out an air freshner in our room. They need to invest in new towels and wash cloths as theirs would pass for my rags.」

「It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues.」
