they called it resort bc they have a pool? its not a resort at all, bedrooms tiny and bathrooms old in bad conditions hotel is in the middle of a highway kind of a days inn but they charge like a resort, no amenities no chance of buying anything bc is almost t empty , no one speaks english or spanish but italian, is far from everywhere in the middle of nowhere , lunch is served on the pool in front of construction full of flies around you and the menu sucks and waiters are mean just terrible

Our room was in poor condition. The toilet glass door was broken & could not be closed. The toilet itself was nor working properly. The shower head was spraying water to the sides instead of functioning like a rain shower it's supposed to be. Faucet levers had no handles.
