"Room was clean and had microwave fridge washing machine. Shower and toilet were clean. The bed mattress could do with changing as you could feel the springs in it. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. "The hotel itself is great for early flights Bed comfortable. The usage of the phone to operate the room is great. Unfortunately for me specifically he was my first time to use the hotel the staff on that late shift was not friendly not professional at all even after I told them that he was my first time no alarm bell rung for them to helpful.shame for lack of customer service."

"Gatwick South terminal Hilton Hotel was excellent for our 1 night stop over before our morning flight to Antigua. We arrived by coach from Bristol but found the signage from the coach drop off point for finding the entrance to the hotel lacking and when we eventually found our way both passenger lifts were out of order. "Beautiful hotel in a great location. Inside decoration is classy and well maintained. Staff were all excellent. We had a Selwyn Room (407) - big enough for a night or two - but cosy. Nespresso & kettle in room and good choice of tea/coffee. Only 2 very small negatives - the sink tap in our room was very stiff to operate and my wife's breakfast (salmon and eggs on toast) was late in arriving and yet looked rushed (toast undercooked and salmon just piled in a corner of the plate). We would definitely return though."
