1. There is no AC 2. The rooms lack a fricking toilett 3. The sink was clogged 4. The manager was a nice, helpful chat 5. You MUST inform guests of things like a missing toilette, especially business travelers who do not want to use a common toilet with college kids.

On the outskirts of Nice very quiet very close to the airport

The staff were amazing. We got there much earlier than planned and because we had two kids and lots of luggage we asked if we could access the room early. Not only was that ok, they chased up the cleaning staff to get the room ready as early as possible. The room was large and clean. Decent quality free shower gel and shampoo. Air con and very good double glazing meaning it cooled down and we didnt hear the airport, roads or trains! And black pit curtains meant a good sleep. Close to the tram stop (Parc Pheonix). Would go there again!

A 3-4 minutes a pieds du tramway, promenade des anglais tres près et facile a y aller , excellent emplacement pour cela et très près de l'aéroport. Tout était bien seulement le matelas pas assez epais on pouvait a l'occasion sentir les planche de bois du lit. Sinon je recommande cette hotel

This place is a bit over priced, but if you're staying for just 1 night, its perfect. Simple and straight forward.
