The staff there was amazing. Andraina was the front desk girl and she was super helpful. She told us what restaurants were good. She would have his cars booked when we needed them. The housekeeper was great. She gave us some Mass to take to us when we went on our cruise ship and I cannot forget about Jovanna. She was the one in the restaurant that would make us fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. She danced and dance to my husband for his birthday. Just a lovely lady. I highly recommend staying at this place. It's like a boutique hotel, four stars and it's right by all the shopping and by the marina for the cruises. So you're right by everything. You can literally walk everywhere. I give this a hotel a 12 out of 10. If you want to experience things there just talk to them. They will get you the right drivers and everything we went to a little place called Monreal. Our driver's name was Luigi and he was fantastic. If you can get him as a driver while you stay there definitely ask for him. Thank you for making our honeymoon, 5-year anniversary, and birthdays amazing!

Rooms where nice for Palarmo. It was on a very busy street, but good location for short walks to food, cappuccino and gelato. Staff was extremely helpful on rooms and recommendations.

Muy Bien ubicado para conocer el centro histórico, aunque se complicó un poco llegar al estacionamiento. La habitación perfecta, la cama excelente, la atención de Giuseppe también. Estuve dos noches , mi únicas dos observaciones constructivas son : que no se limpió la habitación al día siguiente de mi llegada (no se si era así) y el desayuno un poco limitado, excepto el capuchino que me preparó Giuseppe, delicioso.
