We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort for three nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from check-in to check-out. The service felt personal and seamless throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation.

We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting.

Thus is such a beautiful property, the service and attention to detail is perfect. The hotel is ideally located about a 5 minute drive if Sengiggi centre, easy to get to by taxi. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds and great showers, our room had an outdoor shower which was lovely. We liked it so much we extended our stay by a further 3 nights, it’s just got a lovely relaxed vibe to it. Breakfast is a la Carrie and the choices are excellent, the food quality is superb.

Our stay at Kalandara Resort in Lombok was truly breath-taking. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation—we did not regret our decision for a single moment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Katamaran We had such an amazing time at Katamaran! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. Huge shoutout to Pak Hendra, Dwi, Ika, Edi, Remi, Pardi, Adi, and so many others who were just fantastic the whole way through. The service was excellent in the most natural way — super friendly, kind‑hearted people who really go out of their way for you without ever making it feel formal or forced. Every day we felt looked after, and every interaction came with a smile. The place is beautiful, but honestly, it’s the people who make Katamaran special. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone who wants great vibes, great service, and truly wonderful people.
