We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

"Housekeeping not good not good service in room I take showers water coming out side the washroom and I told to 4 to 5 time but no one clean room and asked for change towels until 11pm no one changed towels and no one give toothbrush recitation staff and bell boy and door guard good work"
