まだ新しく清潔感がある。浴室のシャワーを使用すると、水が外に漏れる。サービスのシャンプー等は使えない。また、フロントは日本語が話せない。

I visited there for the first time. All staffs are really kind and friendly.When I wanted to know the time of gas station’s open time ,staff called and checked the time. This hotel no elevator but staff helped lifting our suitcase for 2nd floor. Near beach,main street,big hotel like crown plaza or Hyatt so it was so convenience shopping,eating,picking up the tour bus. no laundry and no bus tab,shower room only(in my room) I recommend using this hotel if you not demand luxury.

カジノの目の前！！立地は最高！
初めてのサイパン旅行だったのでガラパンを選びました。スカイマークのシャトルを使いフィエスタで降りると2〜3分の場所にあり、本当に立地がいいです！！コロナウィルスの影響でどこも人が少なく、街もホテルも閑散としていました。ホテル自体は新しいのでとても清潔感がありました。 とにかくどこも空いている時期だったので夜も静かでした。バスルームも清潔でしたが、シャワーの扉のパッキンに隙間が開いていてトイレの横が水浸しになりました。ごめんなさい(＞人＜;)YouTubeでこちらの朝食の様子を見て、あまり美味しそうではなかったため、外食しました。階段はないので三階の部屋だと大変だと思います。コンセントはかなり多め！USBポートも付いているのでとても便利で助かりました！！アメニティは歯ブラシ、くし、シャワーキャップ、シャンプー類は置いてありましたが使っていません。 タオルもふかふか！いい匂いでした。ルームスリッパも付いています。 シャトルバスまで部屋を利用したかったのでレイトチェックアウトできるようサービスしていただきました。次にサイパンに行く時も利用したいです！！

オススメしたいホテル！
海沿いにあるリゾートホテルから徒歩数分、数百メートルの場所に位置し、ロビーを出て右にカジノ、左の通りには口コミ評価のいいステーキハウスがあります。こちらのホテルは、新築で小綺麗なこともありリネン、水廻り、シャワーの水圧やWiFiなどストレスなく完璧でした。ただ、中国からのゲストが多いようでテレビ番組は中国番組で唯一NHKの配信がひとチャンネルだけありました。快適なホテルライフを過ごすには予約の際に静かな部屋をリクエストするといいです。またチップにおいては朝食やベッドメイキングで気持ちを示すことで格段にサービスがアップしました。ちなみに朝食はケータリングで用意したものをワンプレートで提供されるため男性では足りないかと思います。また、３泊しましたが毎日日替わりで飽きることなく楽しむことができました。なおホテル専用のキッチンがないため栓抜きの用意がありません。スーパーなどで購入した瓶ビールやアルコールを飲むさいは、事前準備が必要です。

Manager accommodated my early check-in and room change with no problems. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hotel provided bottled water each day surrounding properties or abandon or run down. No microwave or coffee pot in room. Website photo is not the actual hotel.

First of all, thanks for the comments, our guests room is not equipped with microwave and coffee pot that has not been specified on our in room amenities. In fact we have both available at our pantry room and I believe our staffs had noticed you upon your checked in. If they didn’t, I would apologize of all the inconveniences caused. Thank you!

Very Nice! 5 options of Breakfast, comfortable beds, you can early check in and late check out, everyday cleaning, 24h front desk! Its site is also great! You can find everything you need near this hotel.

It was second time to use hotel americano. Its site is great, the room is clean, the beds are comfort, and breakfast is also nice. Really nice. Speedy Wi-fi is available. Recommend this hotel strongly.

1. 직원 : 작원들 모두 친절하고 무엇이든 도와주기 위해 노력합니다. 2. 위치 : 가라판 시내와 마이크로 비치 사이에 위치하고 있고 주변에 한식당, 로컬 맛집들이 많이 있어 접근성 최고입니다. 3. 방 : 항상 청결하게 청소해 주고 타월도 원하는 만큼 제공해줘서 물놀이시에 걱정없이 사용할 수 있었습니다. 4. 조식 : 5가지 메뉴가 있으며 같은 회사에서 운영하는 마제스티라는 중식당에서 케이터링 해주는데 꽤나 맛있습니다.

The hotel was clean quiet on a safe area everything is with walking distance the wifi was superb. The clerks are friendly and promptly if anything is needed or questions about the local area.

I loved staying at the Hotel Americano! It is super clean, quiet, the staff are amazing, breakfast is great and it is super close to everything. It is also very affordable. The waterfall shower is my favorite and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. They provide you with a lot of amenities like tooth brushes, razors, slippers, etc. Towels are big and fluffy and a lot of natural light in the rooms. I highly recommend staying here if you go to Garapan, Saipan!

숙소 가격이 낮은편이라 시설을 크게 기대하지 않았고 청결한편이라 괜찮았어요 다만 밤 10시~12시 사이에 1층 세미나실 같은곳에서 예배인지 모임같은걸 했는데 노랫소리가 계속나서 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요..방음도 거의 안되고 다른 방 문닫는 소리 쾅쾅 다 들립니다. 저희는 새벽 비행기전에 쉬는 시간이 필요해서 잠은 안자고 새벽에 체크아웃하는 용도로 예약했던거라 괜찮았는데 숙박시설로는 추천하지는 않을것같아요....
