Tou était parfait. Accueil très chaleureux. Au petit soin pour les clients toute la journée. L'option room Service 24/24 est très appréciable. Le chambre était spacieuse et propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. L'insonorisation est totale. Le petite déjeunet est très frais. Bref, nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Très correct globalement

Hôtel qui a été entretenu ou refait récemment (légère odeur de peinture). Accueil sympathique. Localisation de la chambre correcte (rdc après un sas bien sombre à passer). Point de vue : moyen (face à un immeuble). Propreté : rien à redire. Parking gratuit très pratique ! Tarif correct. Un bon choix.

We had such a good and relaxing time in this small, very friendly family hotel, which was incredibly clean and very close to the beach and the touristic areas of Saint-Maxime, yet tacked away from touristic crowds.

Driving from UK (but not this time) parking is essential. This has it. Free. Room was very clean; despite on a busy road our side room gave no noise; vigilant night porter checked room key on arrival after night out; breakfast limited but more than adequate; easily walkable to town centre for shops, bars, restaurants, harbour; friendly helpful welcoming staff; a/c a bonus in a roasting July 2023. Excellent hotel, I would recommend it highly and will return.

Voyage pour se reposer , l’hôtel est bien situé à côté de tout , accueil chaleureux, hôtel propre cependant nous sommes déçu car hôtel mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu se qui se passer dans le couloir et chambre voisine , petit déjeuner un peu cher et oreiller à changer car avec sous sans aucune différence.

Pros: Location and breakfast are great Cons: The walls are so thin, you can hear everything and especially people above you. Hard to sleep. The staff are so fake nice not very genuine

Indeed, you cannot expect the most comfortable room with such an atrractive rate that you have enjoyed!At your arrival, you have asked reception for a superior room which we could switch with, but the extra rate requested to pay was not convenient for you!All the best.

Very Happy We Stayed Here!

A really great hotel. One block from the beach! We were welcomed warmly by the staff, and had a nice clean, well appointed room. I'm so glad we stayed here instead of St. Tropez which we also considered. Sainte-Maxime is a more vibrant, well rounded city...there's just more to do here. The folks at this hotel are wonderful. You won't be disappointed if you choose Le Petit Prince.

Nous avions une chambre pour 3, il y avait un grand lit et un fauteuil convertible collé au grand lit, une fois ouvert le fauteuil lit bloquait l’accès à la porte fenêtre Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées ce qui implique de grandes nuisances sonores De plus le personnel de l’accueil et les responsables se sont adressés à nous de manière fortement désagréable Seules les femmes de chambre étaient agréables Je voyage souvent et c’est vraiment la première fois que je subis un tel comportement De plus la terrasse est nettoyée à grande eau le matin en cette période de sécheresse

Madame,Malgré le peu de contact que nous avons eu, j'imaginais bien que votre commentaire n'allait pas être élogieux..Lors de votre règlement de facture, vous avez été très mécontente voir méprisante . Vous n'étiez pas d'accord de payer le supplément de 10 pour votre chien. Suivant vos dires, vous êtes une grande voyageuse et vous connaissez les lois! Sachez que beaucoup d'Hotels n'acceptent pas les animaux ou souvent sont facturés beaucoup plus.Au sujet de votre chambre: 3 personnes je pense qu' il aurait été plus judicieux de choisir une chambre familiale (2 chambres communicantes).Vous auriez été plus à l'aise, surtout pour 3 adultes ! Mais chacun son budget. Nos chambres sont équipées de 2 fois doubles vitrages donc bien insonorisées.Le nettoyage de nos terrasses petits-déjeuners et solarium est effectué régulièrement pour le confort de notre clientèle. Nous ne pouvons pas faire l'impasse sur certaine procédure de nettoyage malheureusement..Bons voyages...
