Great stay, wonderful apartment

We spent one week in this beautiful apartment . The view is fantastic; the apartment clean with all necessary amenities. It is a spaces, airy with comfortable. The garden is very sunny, if only for that we will return..... We have done a fair lot of touring around to gorgeous villages within easy distance. We have walked to the beaches and into town (25 minutes), taken the ferry over to Ste Tropez on the Thursday market day. We would recommend this holiday apartment to anyone who would like a stay in the charming town of Ste Maxime. There is a bustling water front with a marina and good restaurants, especially Le bistrot de louis.The surrounding hills are within a short car ride. Thank you so much for everything and see you next time!

Excellent Accommodations

I stayed in another property for a week prior to checking in. It was adequate for my reasons which was to have a centralized place to visit other cities in hopes of choosing one for my move to France next year. On the contrary, I chose this property because I wanted to test living and working remotely from France. It was more than I ever expected. It surpassed my finicky taste. The property was better in person than the pictures. The WIFI was superior and allowed me to work trouble-free. When I arrived, Thomas was a gentleman and helped with my luggage. Entering the flat was an overload of all my senses. It was clean, orderly and decorated beautifully. Thomas provided tasty snacks (which I purchased more to take home), water and juice. The bed was comfortable and provided great sleep nights. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't enjoy the outdoors as much as I had planned because of the ants and other insects. Thomas can't do much about that, but otherwise, it was amazing. Anything you would want is so thoughtfully and intentionally provided. The responsiveness of the owner was exemplary. I had an issue with one of the appliances around 11 pm and although I know he did not want to come over, he said he would. Fortunately, I was able to resolve it before he left his place. Whenever I had an issue or question, he was so helpful. I recommend this place to anyone with high vacation standards. It won't disappoint! Thank you Thomas!!!

Séjour génial Appartement avec une vue extraordinaire idéalement situé proche des commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueillis , Ludovic a été à notre écoute et a toujours répondu à nos questions. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was es braucht. Der begehbare Schrank bietet sehr viel Platz. Die 45 m2 grosse Terrasse ist perfekt um das Leben draussen zu geniessen. Das Auto haben wir nur für grosse Ausflüge gebraucht, sonst waren wir immer mit unseren E-Bikes unterwegs. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement!

Difficile de ne pas mettre 5 étoiles quant à la qualité du logement et des prestations associées. C’est magnifique, très propre, hyper bien situé, rien ne manquait, exceptionnellement bien équipé, que dire de l’accueil XXL, le propriétaire est d’une immense générosité, c’était vraiment un séjour en toute sérénité. Sehr schön gemachtes Appartement. Zu zweit perfekt! Das Besondere: Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Und dieses Appartement hat einen echten Mehrwert: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Putzmittel sowie Spüli für Handspülen und Mittel für den Geschirrspüler, Geschirrtücher, Nespresso-Maschine und Kaffeekapseln. Und zur Begrüßung ein kleiner Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch. Einfach sehr, sehr gut!

Schönes Apartment, gute Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In dem Bett schläft man super. Die Straße die unten an der Anlage vorbei geht, hört man jedoch schon. Die E-Bikes mit zu mieten können wir empfehlen, dann braucht man vor Ort kein Auto. Wir sind sogar mit den Rädern bis St. Tropez gefahren, ( Radweg ist hier vorhanden) dann mit dem Schiff zurück. Die Kommunikation (schriftlich) mit H. Ludovic lief ohne Probleme auf deutsch, wir hatten jedoch den Eindruck per Übersetzer. Negativ war, dass nach dem Buchen erst der Hinweis mit der Kaution erwähnt wurde. Hinweis zur Anfahrt, man muss oben durch das rechte graue Einfahrttor, ( weil Google Maps leitet einen in die Anlage auf der rechten Seite) dann passt die Beschreibung von H. Ludovic ganz gut.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement où absolument rien ne manque, tout à été réfléchi. Chaque accessoire, chaque ustensile, chaque meuble est de grande qualité, ce qui est très rare lorsqu’on loue un endroit pour les vacances. La localisation de la résidence est parfaite qui évite le traffic en voiture. Un des meilleurs choix possible pour passer des vacances en couple dans un univers ultra confortable. Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec plein de petites attentions de bienvenue très apprécié. Appartement très bien entretenu et joliment décoré. Wir waren das erste Mal in Sainte-Maxime und hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn L. verlief sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert - und alles auf Deutsch, vielen Dank :) Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles tiptop sauber. Ich habe bisher noch keine Ferienwohnung erlebt, in der die Küche so gut ausgestattet war. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse und der Ausblick. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder :)

L'apartement le plus confortable que nous connaissions.

Tout était vraiment parfait ! D'abord l'accueil et les nombreux présents, vins, chocolats, fruits etc... Ensuite le mobilier, la cuisine, la salle d'eau, la literie, tout était d'excellente qualité, loin des standards d'Ikea ! Sans compter le volet électrique et les moustiquaires dans les 2 pièces. Il y aurait encore tant de choses à écrire, mais les photos sont suffisamment éloquentes.

Prestation Haut de gamme!

Superbe appartement avec aménagements haut de gamme très adapté pour un couple. Organisation sans faille pour l'accueil. La résidence est calme, située sur les hauteurs d'une colline. Le centre ville est parfait en vélo, et à quelques minutes à pied. Place de parking réservée dans la résidence. La résidence possède une piscine. Je reviendrai volontiers dans l'appartement de Ludovic.
