Very overrated and overpriced. The room size is small with a poor layout. Good location. Parking is expensive. The hotel is clean and aesthetically appealing and the staff are friendly. But in no way is the high price reflective of the quality of the room.

The hotel is well located to many shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere easily and it was very safe. The hotel is much better looking in person, the pictures definitely don’t do it any justice. Very nicely kept and the staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again next summer.

Amazing stay

Loved this hotel! Just a few minutes from the main attractions of St Tropez and with parking on site. The room was great and very private. And of course the garden where they serve breakfast was simply amazing: so peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay. Finally the staff was exceptional and beyond friendly. Special thanks to Marine. Loved everything about this place. 💖

It was...fine. If being totally honest it felt like a Premier Inn or Ibis. Staff were nice at check in, steps from town and on site parking (charged at €30 a night) were the positives.

Beautiful Hotel with best service

We had a very nice time at Lou Cagnard .4 nights ☀️ It is not very big so you feel at home . It has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast is simple but high quality, we can only recommend to take that also. The staff is very friendly and we will definitely come back. The hotel is close to Place du Lice and all the fancy shops, the old Harbour etc. Could not have wished for a better place to stay. We did not use our car at all. Jean-Charles and Charlotte

The property allowed another person to check in under my name. We had to take a downgraded room the first night and switch rooms the second day. It was an inconvenience. The team was nice about it and promised to refund us the first night. Unfortunately, this was not true and we never received a refund for this night. Do not pay up front!!
