On regrettera les problèmes de canalisations d'évacuation bouchés à notre arrivée même, heureusement le technicien habite à côté. Toutefois les odeurs n'ont pas complètement disparu. "Le Moulin was one of the most charming hotels of our trip through France. The hotel is beautifully maintained, full of character, and perfectly located in the heart of Lourmarin. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The staff was genuinely kind, caring, and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel's restaurant, with both the food and service exceeding our expectations. A note for future guests: don't worry about parking. We were initially concerned, but throughout our stay we always found a parking space close to the hotel without any difficulty. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend Le Moulin to anyone visiting Provence."

"Delightful hotel and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We had a double room on the lower level of the block (the least expensive rooms) and they are a bit dark. Their only source of natural light is via the door you enter. They are a bit long and thin inside. It’s better to pay slightly more and go for a room on the upper level. That said, the interior and exterior of the hotel were lovely, breakfast was very good and the price was very reasonable in high season so I would recommend the hotel for sure"

"This beautiful property is located on a hillside overlooking the local Provence countryside. It is a bit secluded, but that is why you booked here, right? The rooms are large and well appointed (we booked a deluxe room) and live up to the 5-star rating. The restaurant for dinner is highly recommended for an upscale culinary treat while staying at the hotel. We had an amazing prix-fixe meal that was the highlight of our stay. The breakfast buffet is sufficient for a hotel of this caliber, but they could do more to elevate the experience. While the pool is nice and in a great setting, the poolside catering is almost nonexistent. They should have serving staff do the rounds to take orders for guests lounging at the pool. The only disappointment of our stay was the gym facilities. You really cannot call this a gym or fitness room, as the room itself is glass-encased, making it too hot during the day to workout in. The big miss is that there are no dumbbells or any respectable fitness equipment to speak of. This is a huge oversight for guests who are planning for a multiday stay."

"Very nice place, big and well equipped. The house is functional and has many things which turned out during the stay to be useful. As a minor critic - the SMEG coffee machine brews very slowly. It takes about 45 minutes to have a coffee. The sink drain kept getting clogged, and we had to use the plunger that was provided to get the water flowing again, although it only worked for a short time. A big plus is the pool - absolut highlight of the premise. Also using the Petanque field gave us great pleasure. I can recommend the house and would go back again."

"The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The food in the bar was basic and the flies present in the lobby made for an uncomfortable eating experience. Overall would give it 8/10"
