Located on the second floor of a two-story building without elevator, this quiet, air-conditioned apartment is very bright and includes:
- One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed ;
- A kitchen separated by a small partition;
- A bathroom with bath and toilet;
- A sitting area for relaxing after a day's walking;
- A 16 m² terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and awning, ideal for enjoying the outdoors;
- And a parking space for easy parking.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay: Internet, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, washing machine, fan, iron, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet residence just a ten-minute drive from the sea.
For your daily shopping, a "Casino" supermarket is an eleven-minute drive away.

Among the town's places of interest not to be missed, we recommend :

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. There are also many cultural sites to discover, including the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Victoire and the Jardin Bonaparte.
With its beaches and harbors, Saint-Raphaël is an attractive seaside resort. Its popularity is due to its preserved Mediterranean authenticity. Situated between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, Saint-Raphaël is as residential as its neighbors. And its shops are just as dynamic.
