"Mon compagnon et moi-même sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans la bulle. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Le menu du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner (qui est inclu) étaient excellent et bien copieux. Nous avons pu profiter d’une nuit étoilée magique depuis le lit dans la bulle! La bulle est située au milieu d’une petite forêt réservée qu’à nous. Le lieu est très calme, paisible et situé dans une zone historique comportant de nombreux châteaux, qui bordent la route Richard Coeur de Lion. "

10/10 Excellent

"We were a family of 8 with three generations, the children aged 7, 9 and 10.We found the gite to be well equipped with all the cooking utensils a family would need. The house was a good size and comfortable. The swimming pool was excellent and used every day. The garden was not large but we were able to park 3 cars and still play boules and knock a badminton shuttle around. The two large tables outside the gite were used for all meals and so we did not use the dining room. There were sun loungers around the pool and garden furniture in the shade of the tree, so adequate seating for all.Overall we felt the gite was better than expected and the photos could perhaps be improved.The hosts did not speak English but google translate works!We found different activities within a reasonable distance to occupy the children for a part of each day. There is a boulangerie in the nearest village as well as a small supermarket (with petrol) and a chemist. There was a small pizza outlet which we only found as we were leaving a d had to follow a diversion."

"Quite simply, the perfect little gîte with exceptional attention to detail from our hosts Lisa and Andy. Everything is perfect down to the subtle colour palette, and the pops of brightness in the bedlinen. Amazingly comfortable superking bed! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom, though small, is very chic and functional. The pièce de résistance is however the outside space - extensive and private with comfortable outside furniture, and very well tended despite the extreme temperatures during our stay. My husband caught a few tiddlers in the lake (tench, bream). Watch out for the coypu! Our hosts respected our privacy whilst being on hand for any queries. I can't recommend too highly !"

"We had a very nice time at Anne Marie's place. She was really welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out was very quick and straightforward. She gave us great information about what to see and do on the area too. The location is very good, in a quiet place, but close to supermarkets and a few lakes with bars and restaurants. The accomodation was very clean and good. Breakfast was lovely and had a good array of foods: the traditional items expected for a continental breakfast - cereal, butter, jams, pain au Chocolat, fruits, etc- but also a plate with cold meat/charcuterie and cheese. Overall, really nice. We had a lovely time in the garden using the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Overall, a very nice stay and very good value for the money we paid. Thank you Anne Marie. We will certainly stay at yours again next time we drive down to Spain."
