「Appartement bien situé, mais la propreté laissait clairement à désirer (sols sales, plan de travail, table et plaques de cuisson grasses). Il y avait également des toiles d’araignées un peu partout. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas (problème d’abonnement) et le propriétaire n’a jamais répondu à mon appel sur le sujet. Malgré ces petits désagréments, l’appartement présente de réels atouts pour passer un agréable séjour. Dernier point, un peu plus de communication de la part du propriétaire...

「グルノーブル駅からトラムAに乗ってVerdun-Prefecture駅で降りて歩いて5分くらいの場所。チェックインはPCで自分で行うタイプだったのでちょっと戸惑いましたがスタッフの方が親切に教えてくださったのでスムーズでした。部屋は広く清潔でよかったのですが、中庭のオープンテラスで夜遅くまで飲み食いされていた方がいたので、遅い時間まで結構うるさかったです。ホテル周辺はかなり遅い時間まで出歩いてましたが絡まれたりすることもなく安全でした。」

"グルノーブル訪問時の定宿ですが、スタッフのフレンドリーな対応をはじめ、いつも問題なく利用できています。朝食は基本的に毎日同じメニューでしたが、パンやコーヒーの種類なども豊富で問題はありません。"

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable on hot days. It said 24-hour staff, but they were not there early in the morning. I needed to check out early morning, so I called and messaged the staff to ask them to send me a receipt, but they ignored my calls and messages."
