When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one. When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one. "Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."

"The staff is incredibly nice ...the room is big with super bathroom. Yet, there's no air-conditioning which I knew that, so, no complaining. I had to move the bed to get something that fell ...not clean at all. So, if that didn't happen...it looked so clean...bathroom, etc. The fridge was super clean. Most important, I booked early and had an unbelievable low price. A bit far from the center for those who don't like to walk. Overall...sooooo nice . "
