"this was expensive for what you get. you have to pay extra for parking, there is no free breakfast, and you have to pay for wifi. For the amount we paid these other amenities should be included. The directions for where to park where non existent. and when we got there it was difficult to find the totem parking as it was raining and rush hour. once we got into the garage it was confusing where to park and where to find the elevator. tried calling but could not get through. "

"Hotel was very conveniently located to New Haven, had a nice pool, and lots of food options were nearby. Room was a good size and had a desk and two chairs. Controls for water temperature in the sink and shower were a bit tricky and took some getting used to. The included free breakfast had a nice selection with a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, assorted pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. "

They still gave you breakfast and the variety of items you could have was great. Jarod was very helpful and friendly when asking about the room.
