The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. "We had a deluxe room which was very spacious. Great bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Comfy bed and importantly AC worked well. Staff were lovely. Location is great right in the pedestrian area and plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping nearby. Close to tram stops, 2 of which take you to the train station. Would recommend."

"2 night stay with teenage child. Hotel is situated in a good site, with local playpark for young children, local cafe (Paul) on doorstep and lovely external garden. Hotel is very keen to save electricity- lighting in communal areas was dim. On site Gym is very basic (3 machines plus limited freeweights). For the price it was very good - no complaints at all."
