The washing mashine was working but flooding before we arrived so she arranged for it to be replaced immediately. "Tout était globalement très bien, conforme a la description. Le jacuzzi est très agréable face au jardin avec le chant des oiseaux. Le logement est très bien équipé. Claire est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. Si j’avais pu mettre 4,5 étoiles je l’aurai fait car les instructions de départ et d’arrivée n’était pas très claires, niveau propreté malheureusement ce n’était pas niquel (poussière sous les lits et jacuzzi un peu sale) et le sol du salon en mauvais état. Merci Claire! "

Arthur en Elise was ook bereid om mee te denken in tips en oplossingen. Ze reageren snel. Cons: Voorgesteld om de pannen te vervangen, ze zijn niet geschikt om mee te koken. We missen ook een wokpan om mij te wokken. Koffieapparaat was kapot, maar gelukkig deed het filterkoffie het als vervanging."

"We have been in France for about 2 weeks, staying in a variety of places and I feel like we hit a home run with our stay at Hotel Bon Encontre. Christine is an extremely accommodating host who worked very hard to meet guests' needs. The hotel is in a wonderfully central location for exploring Dordogne. There is ample parking, which was a relief after fighting for parking spaces elsewhere! Breakfast includes cheeses and meats, breads and a different sweet treat baked in house. It's a very reasonable cost. We happened to visit when the temperature soared into the 90s, so cooling off in the pool was a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours before dinner. I would highly recommend this location!"
