「Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings.」

「Nous avons passé 1 seule nuit sur 3 dans notre location car le logemebt etait a la limite de l'insalubrité et très sale. Une mauvaise odeur dans la location. Nous avons du partir plus tôt car malsain pour des enfants en bas age dont une petite de 2 ans avec asthme...... e lasthme」

「Beautiful location suited our needs. Think the place could have been a little cleaner, think the previous holiday makers had left it thus. Bedding and towels clean and beds comfy although bedrooms were hot and couldn'tleave windows open because of mosquitos, only one window upstairs had a screen. I advise taking a fan or mosquito net and plenty of bug spray. Very well equioped but a small welcome pack would have been nice. scrreenmosquito screen which fell off」

「We had two lovely week holiday at The Chai and cannot fault anything. Anne and her husband are the perfect hosts-friendly, welcoming and happy to provide ideas and advice for places to visit.
