Villa Avocatier is a luxury house full of charm, located in a quiet and residential area, close to the center of St François, the golf course, the airfield and the beaches.
In a Zen and cozy atmosphere, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The tropical garden with trees is not overlooked.
Its exposure to the Golden Valley allows the trade winds to pleasantly ventilate the villa.
Around the infinity salt pool and the SPA, a large terrace of 70m2 on which sunbathing and hammock lend themselves to idleness!
The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets.

1 bedroom with 2 single beds + private bathroom
BBs are welcome: travel cot (sheets provided), high chair, bathtub, mosquito net.

Une semaine en famille ( noptre fille, son compagnon et nos deux petites filles (13 et 7 ans) Elles ont apprécié la piscine, les environs...l'espace . Nos hotes ont été charmants et accueillants.

Superbe villa

Patricia est une personne vraiment très sympathique, charmante, je n'ai vraiment rien à redire à part que nous sommes prêt à revenir. Le planteur les bananes les bières pain brioché nous avons vraiment apprécié ! C'est des petites choses que nous ne voyons pas partons et qui font plaisir. La villa est vraiment superbe. Encore une fois merci

En tout point conforme à nos attentes !

Accueil parfait de la part de nos hôtes. La maison etait en tout point conforme à nos attentes ! Exactement comme sur les photos, voire mieux. L'ambiance, la deco et le cadre nous ont transporté "ailleurs" dans un véritable havre de paix et de sérénité. Nous avons passé 15 jours au paradis ! très belle villa, la réalité étant mieux que les photos. propre calme et sans vis à vis. l'accueil des propriétaires est parfait. Un joli bouquet de fleurs pays est dans la pièce de vie, ainsi que du rhum avec citron et sucre de canne nous attend. Il y a même des rafraichissements au frais. à conseiller

Villa magnifique

La villa est parfaite, très bien équipée et avec un jardin plus beau qu’il n’apparaît sur les photos, dans un quartier très calme à deux pas de la ville. Il y a tout ce qui peut être utilisé (et même plus!) et tout fonctionne. Nous signalons en particulier la piscine à débordement et son eau légèrement salée ainsi que le jacuzzi. Merci à Mme Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité, nous avons passé deux semaines vraiment relaxantes. Nous la recommanderons certainement et espérons vous revoir bientôt!

Au top !!

Pour qui veut connaître une autre île de beauté, en Guadeloupe tu iras.. Pour qui veut connaître la Guadeloupe une voiture tu loueras... Pour qui veut connaître la quiétude d'être chez soi, dans un lieu raffiné,offrant de beaux espaces, la villa Avocatier tu aimeras... Nous avons passé 3 semaines à 5 personnes dans cette magnifique villa où rien ne manque.Tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, et bien plus encore grâce à la bienveillance de Patricia et Jean Paul. La piscine est de bonne taille pour 5 et est fort agréable en fin de journée lors de votre retour de promenade. Pas de vis à vis, les voisins sur le coté ne sont pas visibles et à peine audibles, tranquillité assurée. Vous bénéficiez du soleil autour de la piscine du matin à la fin de la journée, et vos soirées ne sont que douceur de vivre sous les alizés.. Je me rend compte que je n'ai pas parlé de l'intérieur de la villa ( nous vivons tellement à l'extérieur la bas !! ) mais bien évidemment tout était parfait, 2 couples avec chacun leur salle d'eau/douche à l'italienne-lavabo, et la 3 em personne avait une autre sdb/wc à sa disposition. Un 2 em wc est à la disposition de chacun. De plus, le réseau wifi était tout à fait satisfaisant pour 5 connectés que nous étions!! Bref, allez y sans hésitation, en toute confiance tant sur le bien à louer que sur le sérieux des propriétaires qui vous accueillent avec une convivialité sincère. Magnifique

La villa est superbe et agréable à y vivre, elle est placée dans un endroit calme et pas trop loin des magasins, du golf, de la marina, etc.... Nous n'avions manqué de rien !!! Un petit plus pour l'exposition du soleil sur la terrasse toute la journée pour en profiter au maximum. En plus nous avions été super bien accueilli par les propriétaires Jean-Paul et Patricia !!! On espère vous revoir bientôt !!!

Alors là, rien à dire d'autre que villa paradisiaque !! La piscine, le jacuzzi et la terrasse sont très très agréables, la maison est parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien jusqu'au plus petit détail, confortable, propre, fonctionnelle, très gaiement colorée ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, bref qu'une envie : y revenir dès que possible !

Un séjour magnifique, dans cette super villa tout confort, rien ne manque, nous avons passé 17 J avec nos 2 enfants et parents. Tout le confort y est... Quand a Patricia et Jean Paul, ils sont adorable, et soucieux de votre confort. des vacances au top !

Nous avons passé de super vacances à ST FRANCOIS. Les enfants ont adoré. En plus la maison était vraiment agréable. Bien exposée pour la bronzette ! L'endroit est calme, et l'environnement est magnifique. Le proprio a l'air très cool, plein de bons conseil pour les visites.
