"My family and i spent 1 week in the villa. We had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Very close to the beach, which was convenient with younger kids. The owner and the manager were always available to answer our questions. We will definitely consider the villa again should we return to Guadeloupe."

"We stayed at residence Acacia for 4 nights with 3 boys aged 10 to 14. The pool was an awesome way to start off our daily adventure. Peter is an amazing host. On the night we arrived he greeted us, gave us a tour and had beautifully prepared supplies for breakfast for the next morning. It was lovely. The next morning he dropped by with fresh bananas that he picked off one of his trees. The apartment we stayed at was comfortable with a well thought out kitchen. I would definitely go back."

"Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."

"Beautiful room and setting. Pool was lovely overlooking the golf course/park area. Fabian and Sebastian are the nicest people, so kind and welcoming. They spoke good English with us which was such a relief as my French is not very good at all! I highly recommend that you have the breakfast in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Amazing stay. Our first time in Guadeloupe. We stayed a week. The owner, Geoff, was super friendly and helpful, he spoke both French and English. The apartment had everything you needed for a week stay and Geoff got anything we asked for. There is not maid service, which was fine with us, we cooked meals. There was even an outdoor grill for use. We had a car but it was an easy walk to St. Francois to the marina, golf course, casino, restaurants, and beach. Very nice, small pool and chairs...
