Basic room, small with few surfaces for bags, a small hanging space with cubbies for misc items. Nice staff. Best feature is proximity to the train station.

The stat was lovely, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were very nice and clean. Great location!

The front desk staff were friendly and ready to assist with any request. Although I was happy to have my room available at check-in earlier than expected, we did not have a water bottle or any coffee pods. But once we raised it, the front desk provided us with the missing items.

Staff are neutral, breakfast is good. But they gave us wrong room. I booked a room with window, but they put us in the attic, no window, the roof is almost kissing the bed, room can use vacuum, the sink partially blocked. The elevator is only until 3rd floor, we have to carry our luggage to our floor. But to be fair I think they still working on improvements I guess. So over all it's just ok.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also.
