South of the resort, beachfront residence with swimming pool and direct beach access. On the 1st floor with elevator, a lovely 2-bedroom apartment (57m2) for 6 people, corner unit with a terrace facing the sea (18.20m2), South/East exposure, furnished with garden furniture. Beautiful sea view. Entrance (pine wardrobe). Separate WC. Attractive renovated and tiled shower room (shower cubicle). Living/dining room with TV, 160cm sofa bed (2024), rattan lounge set. Kitchenette: small fridge with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle... One bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea (1.26m2), 1 double bed (140cm), large wardrobe, pine chest of drawers. A second bedroom opening onto the terrace and the sea, with two single beds (80cm). Electric shutters. Secure free parking. Idyllic setting for a family holiday. Two fans, ironing kit. RESIDENCE WITH SECURE POOL open from June 1st to September 15th. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Located in the South Lagoon area. Residence built on the sand, right on the water. Composed of U-shaped buildings with a swimming pool and paddling pool in the center. A small supermarket is located near the residence for basic necessities. Ideal for a relaxing holiday! Close to Aqualand.
