Renovated farmhouse located in the quiet countryside, 10 km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu (beach available in summer), 13 km from Lake Grand Lieu, and 24 km from Nantes (adjoining another 2-person gîte).
Private parking on site.
Terrace and enclosed garden of 200 m² (east-facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms accessible by 1 step (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds), shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair on request, electric car charging station.
Included: sheets, firewood.
Not included: Electricity, underfloor heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory - €80), and tourist tax.
Pets are welcome free of charge (€100 deposit per pet - sleeping area is not allowed).
