"Did not know if there were pool towels available - there were not any instructions about this or indication that we were to use our room towels. Information would be helpful. Front desk staff were extremely helpful when we left at 3:30 am to go to airport. Also, the shuttle driver (young female) was very good as well. Christopher Gingell"

"Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again for 3 rd time. The staff at the lobby just speak French. Need also maintenance at the hallway of the Bedroom, has one damage wall with holes that gave us a bad impression."
