"This was a special trip for me. My first visit this far north in Quebec and my 60th birthday so expectations were high. We arrived after a fairly long 5 hour journey. Just before arrival we where able to visit the Super-C which was very conveniently located on the way, and picked up some provisions anticipating a fully equipped kitchen and we were very pleased to find an awesome kitchen set up. "This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! Great architecture and design, on a lake with a sandy beach. We enjoyed the hot tub. Close to hiking trails and the cities of Shawinigan and Trois-Rivieres. Don't miss nearby L'Olivia Table Gourmande, an amazing place for pastries and coffee, lunches and dinners. "Nicely provisioned traditional home with a modern kitchen. Epic view of the river. Not far from Quebec City and Trois Riviere. Soaking tub was an awesome way to end the day. Tidy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. If American, like us, be prepared to flex your French skills to read instructions sheets. Only thing we could’ve used was a large salad bowl and missing tea kettle lid."
