"Great property in a fantastic location for a stop over after the tunnel when heading south. It is actually a retirement village, but they rent spare apartments to visitors. Nice (small) pool and sauna. Plenty of restaurant options in town, even on a Monday. Would stay again"

The facilities are good for groups all ages. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests' are comfortable. Communications were prompt and easy. "It is a really nice place to stay, we loved the atmosphere and the trust the owners gave with their hospitality made us feel right at home ☺️ Our little one (2 years old) enjoyed feeding the neighbors chickens every evening and all the toys that were available! In the morning we would explore the area around Chacrise (such as Donjon de Septmonts and the Chemin des Dames route with the Caverne du Dragon or visit some of the Champagne houses near Reims) and in the afternoon were able to relax...

It would have also been helpful for them to have a welcome book or something in the apartment to help guests with additional information - such as wifi, tv, check out, etc. We could have also used a trash bag in the kitchen garbage."
