"Parking was awkward not very well signed posted, no staff answered the buzzer at the Parking gate. No parking code shared prior to the arrival. The pillows are flat not puffy like they should be, the door is not shutting properly 😑."

"Great staff. The AC worked well. We asked for extra pillows and they were really nice about that. The hotel has a complementary washing machine which is great if you have been traveling for a long time."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the OKKO Hotels Lyon City Center. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and always had a smile. The location is great as well...it's about a 22 min tram ride/walk from the Central train station or a 25 min walk. It's proximity to the city center was also great (less than a 10 min walk).
